The ECM32 exhibition is supposed to be opened on Sunday 18. August 2019 16:00 and will last three days (Mon 19.08. to Wed 21.08.) with an optional fourth day (22.08.). The exhibition officially closes latest on Thursday 22. August 2019 17:00.

Daily opening hours are 09:30 to 17:00 on Mon, Tue, Wed, and Thu during the ECM32 week, in addition to Sun 18.08. 16:00-21:00 for the opening and welcome reception.

Setup is possible on Sat 17.08. and Sun 18.08. between 11:00 and 16:00.

Dismantling is possible either on Wed evening (18:00-21:00) + Thu morning (07:00-08:30) or Thu evening (18:00-21:00) + Fri morning (07:00-12:00).

With respect to delivery and handling of material for exhibition the exhibitors are free to work with any transport company of their choice. We advise you to forward the following informations to your contractors:

Delivery days: 12.-14. and 16.08.2019 (earlier is only possible according to agreed arrange-ments; please note that the 15.08.2019 is a public holiday in Austria!)

Please note for the delivery of material the limitation to the size of a euro-pallet not exceed 90 cm in width and 500 kg in weight.

Information about access to the building, parking for unloading, details on size and weight restrictions for the shipped items will be distributed upon confirmation of the order and issuing the contract.

Special requirements, e.g. non-standard settings, special requests on electricity, the set-up of real instruments for operation on site, special requests for storage and set up with respect to the given time slots must be indicated with the order.
